Do you clean outside the Niagara Region?
Yes. We serve all of Niagara (Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Grimsby, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lincoln and Pelham) and Hamilton.
Can you provide WSIB and insurance certificates?
Yes. We provide our WSIB clearance certificate and certificates of insurance on request and with every bid.
Are your cleaners police-checked?
Yes. Every cleaning professional we send is police-checked, insured and trained in WHMIS and site safety before working on site.
Do you work after hours?
Yes. Most commercial contracts are cleaned evenings, nights or weekends to fit around your operations.
How do you check quality?
Each contract has one point of contact at Prime Clean, written checklists and regular site inspections.
